All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL):
All orders will attempt to be shipped within 5-7 Business Days of the time the order is completely processed Firearm orders cannot be processed until we receive the both your preferred FFL Transfer's Information and your desired method of payment.
If the FFL a customer is looking for is not listed on our website, it is the customer’s responsibility to have the dealer email the FFL information to (firstname.lastname@example.org). We ask customers to place their orders first before emailing a copy of their preferred FFL.
All items not labeled as in-store will take an ADDITIONAL 5-7 Business Days to ship. “Cancelled Orders” including (warehouse) items “will be charged a 15% restocking fee”.
When Purchasing Accessories Online:
Billing and Shipping addresses must be the same, with a copy of Government issued ID emailed to Sales@warfighterarms.com.
The number of days UPS / USPS counts to deliver a package is based upon "Business Days." A business day does “NOT” include Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, and the day the package was picked up on. For example, if your package was picked up from Warf Arms on Wednesday for 2nd Day Air delivery, the package will reach its destination on Friday, since Wednesday doesn’t count as a delivery day.
All firearms are shipped via UPS or USPS Ground (at our discretion).
Warf Arms minimum shipping charge of $10 will cover the majority of orders. If possible, we will combine shipping for multiple small items on the same order. However, because certain accessories can be drop shipped from various warehouses, the shipping rates may increase. Any non-regulated items shipped from another warehouse will incur an additional $5.00 increase in the base shipping cost. Shipping insurance is offered at a rate of $1 per $100 of the ordered item(s) value and is optional. WarfArms.com is not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit. To review the total shipping charges for your order, click "checkout" to preview the order. You can preview the order including the ship to address, and the shipping charge before you click “place order”. The shipping and handling charge covers the cost of standard shipping. If you require expedited shipping, the shipping fees will be greater. Depending on the item you may have to contact us for a quote if you require expedited shipping.
Ammunition is sent ground only. Ammunition can be shipped only within the 48 contiguous states. Go to ups.com to view all UPS terms and conditions of service.
On all other items you have the choice to select the shipping option that best suits your needs.
If offered “Free Shipping” is valid only in the continental U.S.; AK, HI and other outlying areas have a higher shipping rate.

PICKING UP ITEMS FROM OUR RETAIL STORE
If you intend to pick up an item from our retail store that you have ordered, please allow 24 business hours before pickup.
We charge Texas sales tax (8.25%) if you pick an order up from the retail store.
If you are not a legal resident of Texas you “CANNOT” pick up a handgun from our store. Therefore, you must have the Handgun transferred to a dealer in your state of residence. You can however pick up a rifle or shotgun from our store if it is legal to own in your state of residence.
